On charisma

Despite its power, charisma is often taken for granted: this approach explores charisma as a relational state dependent on the audience. In fact, you cannot be charismatic if they are alone. By examining audiences of political rallies and pop concerts, we put the reader in the place of a charismatic leader by giving them an audience.
