The singularity

CAM magazine, Issue 91

The singularity is the point at which ordinary humans are overtaken by AI. Throughout history, people have imagined what AI might be like and created personalities and exploits for them. This approach plots the history of AI in literature and pop culture from Talos in 400 BC to Dolores Abernathy in 2016. Each illustration is accompanied by a pen portrait.
