Bridgemas is a Cambridge tradition of celebrating Christmas a month early, on November 25, with university friends. These illustrations show Cambridge in winter. By depicting many people engaged in various activities and traditions through windows and doorways, they evoke the feeling of an advent calendar of sorts and add a nostalgic sense of cosiness.
